لمحاكمة قادة محور تعز “كمجرمي حرب”..حملة شعبية توجه رسالة للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية
وجهت الحملة الوطنية المطالبة بمحاكمة منتهكي حقوق الإنسان في تعز، الأحد، عريضة خطاب إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية للمطالبة بمحاكمة مرتكبي الجرائم في المحافظة كمجرمين حرب.

وبادر حقوقي وناشطي تعز بالدعوة لتوجه نحو المحاكم الدولية لمحاكمة قيادات المجاميع المسلحة التي تعبث بالمدينة، بعد جريمة مجاميع المحور بحق أسرة “الحرق”، التي تعرض أكثر من 15 شخصا من أفرادها للقتل والتنكيل بسبب مقاومتهم لنهب تلك المجاميع قطعة أرض يمتلكونها في منطقة عمد غربي مدينة تعز.
موقع “تعز اليوم”، ينشر خطاب الحملة إلى المحكمة الدولية، والذي وجه باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، وجاء فيه الأتي:

السادة اعضاء المحكمة الجنائية الدولية المحترمون.
نحن أبناء تعز في اليمن ومعنا المدافعون عن حقوق الإنسان في جميع أنحاء العالم نتقدم إلى سيادتكم وإلى عدالة محكمتكم الموقرة بهذا الخطاب الإنساني المتضمن مطالبتكم بالتحقيق في جرائم الحرب التي ترتكب ضد المواطنين والعزل في مدينة تعز اليمنية باعتباركم أول محكمة قادرة على محاكمة الأفراد المتهمين بجرائم الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب وجرائم الاعتداء.
فاننا نتقدم اليكم ببلاغنا الرسمي ضد قيادة محور تعز العسكري كل باسمه وصفته إلى جانب مستشار المحور،وكافة المتورطين والمنخرطين في تشكيل العصابات الاجرامية التي تستظل بحماية الجيش وتواطؤ المحور.
أن مدينتا تشهد حرب إبادة من قبل المذكورين أعلاه وآخر تلك الحرب إبادة أسرة كاملة من أبناء هذه المدينة تدعى آل الحرق على يد عصابة تعمل تحت حماية ألوية عسكرية تابعة لمحور تعز.
لقد قاموا بكل الخروقات الخطيرة لاتفاقيات جنيف 1949 وارتكبوا انتهاكات خطيرة أخرى ضد الإنسانية
ونعلم جيداً ايها السادة أن قبولكم لهذه القضية يتطلب عدداً محدداً ونؤكد لعدالتكم أن عدد المتقدمين أكثر مما هو مطلوب.
أننا باسم الانسانية نناشدكم التحرك الإنساني وإيقاف تلك الجرائم، ونأمل من محكمتكم الموقرة إصدار قرار دولي لتقصي الحقائق ليتسنى لسيادتكم إصدار قرار ضبط وقبض ضد كل من قام بجرائم ضد الإنسانية في هذه المدينة المسالمة ومثولهم أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لينالوا عقابهم .
إننا نؤمن بعادالتكم أيها السادة ونثق أنكم لن تخذلونا، ولدينا الاستعداد الكامل للتعاون معكم وتقديم الوثائق والأدلة المطلوبة التي تعزز مطلبنا وتحقق العدالة وتنتصر للقانوني الدولي وللإنسانية.

We, as the civilians who live in Taiz city – Republic of Yemen, along with many Media & Social activists and many human rights defenders inside and outside Yemen submitting to your honor and your esteemed court, as the first court capable of trying individuals accused of genocides crimes against humanity, war crimes and assault crimes.
Dear the Prosecutor, we the undersigned here are applying to your honor this official communication against Taiz military command, on head of that the military axis’s commander, his consultant and all military brigades commanders in Taiz, who have formed many armed gangs extrajudicial and protect this gangs by the official authorities of the army.
Dear Honorable prosecutor, our city is suffering from war and siege since 6 years and besides that civilians here are subjected to crimes against humanity by the above-mentioned armed gangs.
Some of these crimes could be considered as crimes of genocide.
The recent crime was genocide of AL-HRAQ entire family in the city, this heinous crime was made by an armed gang that is a part of the military brigades 17 & 170 !
Such this crimes are breaches of the Geneva Convention1949 and the Universal Declarations on Human Rights.
Dear Honorable Prosecutor and members of International Criminal Court … We know that to accept this kind of cases requires a number of concerned people’s signatures but we assure you that a great many people would sign if we have the time and abilities to collect signatures, but instead of we are applying this communication as a humanitarian appeal full of hope that your court will response, investigating the facts urgently, stoping these crimes and violations against civilians, courting and punishing all those involved in all terrorist crimes that civilians in Taiz were subjected in previous years.
With a trust on your diamonds for the Justice, taking the necessary actions to survive the civilians wherever they are, we confirm you that we are ready to help and cooperate with your court’s efforts in providing all necessary documents and Evidences.”
